Wondering What to Expect?
We're so glad you are considering Redeemer as your place of worship this Sunday. We know it can cause a little anxiety, wondering what to expect. Below are a few things to keep in mind.
Dress: We're casual here at Redeemer. If you wear a tie, you're in the vast minority.
Parking: It can be tight at Redeemer. Many of our folks park across the street at Discount Tire or the bank, while some even park on our grass. For our guests, we have reserved nine VISITOR spots just for you! As you come into the parking lot, they will be on your right and marked in yellow. We sure hope you can find a convenient spot!
Entering: Our hope is to greet you warmly at the door, and if you have kids, introduce you to one of our Redeemer Kids Ministry Greeters. This RKM Greeter will show you exactly where your kids classrooms are located, help you through the check-in process, and discover any special needs your kids might have (allergies, etc.). If you have kids, you can help us by letting the Greeters know this is your first time to visit.
Introductions: Don't worry! While we hope you'll meet many new friends at Redeemer, as a guest in our Worship Service you won't be asked to stand up, introduce yourself, or do anything else that would make you cringe or squirm!
Giving: As a guest, please don't feel compelled to give to Redeemer. Here at Redeemer we don't pass a plate. Rather, we simply have two brown giving boxes located in the back corners of our Worship Center for our folks to drop their offerings.
Schedule: We offer two Worship Services on Sunday mornings, 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. During the 9:00 a.m. hour we offer Sunday School classes for everyone, Nursery - Adults. During the 10:30 a.m. hour, we offer great care for Nursery - 3rd Graders, as well as an Adult Sunday School class.
