Thank you for your desire to help Redeemer Community Church further accomplish its vision and mission this next Ministry Year 2009-2010. As a church family, we need all hands on deck, hopefully positioning each person in ministries consistent with their passions and giftedness.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SURVEY

Be flexible—this format isn't flawless! But, it's our best effort to make this process easy for everyone.

You can take the survey as a individual or as a couple. Our recommendation for couples is that each individual submit his or her own RSVP to the survey (husband submits his and wife submits hers). If you do submit your RSVP as a couple, please make the choices clear. Thanks!

1. Prayerfully read through the Ministry Opportunities below, asking the Lord to guide you—“Lord, where would you like me/us to serve next year?” As you prayerfully read, on a piece of paper, write down various options. Write them down as you find them in the survey as you'll be asked to submit them in the RSVP as they are below. For instance, write down SW: Vocalist, not I want to sing on Sundays.

2. After writing down your thoughts, click on the RSVP link above.

3. In the initial RSVP box, fill in all of the requested information (email, name, address, phone, etc.), then click CONTINUE.

4. There's no easy way to do this, but try it like this—in the NOTES section...

First, type Main Area of Service, hit return, and give us your top two or three options for your Main Area of Service. Our hope is that everyone in our church will submit at least one Main Area of Service request.

Second, type Additional Areas, hit return, and give us other areas you would be interested in serving in. For instance, maybe you submit RKM: 1st Hour K - 1st Grade Teacher as your Main Area of Service but you would also like to help out with the Men's Ministry as a Greeter. Then type MM: Men's Greeter under Additional Areas. Give us two or three options here as well.

Finally, if needed, use the remaining space to clarify your choices and/or to describe another area of service you’d like to pursue that was not listed in the Ministry Opportunities.

Make sense? In the end, just use the NOTES Section to tell us where you'd like/be willing to serve next year!
