Jesus calls His church to world-wide impact, and we hope, in ever-increasing measure, to extend the Christ-centered influence of Redeemer Community Church to the nations. By cultivating mission-minded people, faithfully praying for Christ's global cause, financially supporting worthy mission efforts, and sending our own folks on both short and long term mission ventures, we seek to help the body of Christ around the world as it continues grow and shape the peoples of the world.
At this time we support the following mission efforts around the world.
The Whitesands People Group
Wycliffe Bible Translators, The Island of Tanna in Vanuatu
Today about 350 million people do not have the Bible in their own language. Wycliffe’s vision is to see the Bible accessible to all people in the language they understand best. To make this vision a reality, Wycliffe also focuses on community development, literacy development and church partnerships. Redeemer Community Church is fully funding the New Testament translation for the Whitesands People on the island of Tanna in the country of Vanuatu. Lord willing, the translation will be finished in 2013.
Nathan and Tina Keller
OMF, Taiwan
Nathan and Tina are involved in church-planting ministry among the Taiwanese working class people in the Taichung area. Through God's grace, their team is working to see an indigenous, biblical, church-planting movment established in Taiwan, where Christians grow in faith and reach out in mission to their own people and beyond. SEND International, Bulgaria
SEND International is an evangelical missions community committed to mobilize God's people and engage the unreached in order to establish reproducing churches. For over 50 years, SEND has started churches among unreached people groups. SEND has more than 600 missionaries in 20 plus countries and has a variety of long-term and short-term opportunities for you to share the gospel in places where Christ is not yet known.

CAM International, Mexico
While close to home, Mexico is a land of great spiritual need. Redeemer's desire is to develop a partnership in Mexico that will allow us to serve the people in signficant ways, as well as be a place where our families and youth can develop a heart for the world.
East West Ministries, The Caucasus Region of Russia
Through our financial gifts we have the privelege of helping East West's residential ministry training program in Russia and the Caucasus where they train hundreds of church planters, pastors, pastors' wives, women's ministry leaders, and evangelists. They have a "saturation plan" for sending out many of these workers to plant new cell churches in strategic regions of Russia, the Caucasus, and the Crimea.
Richard Whiddon and Others from Redeemer
Simleu-Silvanie, Romania
For years our own Richard Whiddon has been traveling to Romania each year. His ministry in a sister church in Simleu-Silvanie includes the following: preaching, teaching, encouragement, technical consulting (sound/computers/video/lighting), giving to building program and benevolance, consulting with church leaders, one-on-one evangelism, building and maintaining friendships with fellow believers, teaching in the men's group, teaching the youth, and more. Beyond the sister church, he travels to other churches both large and small, Romanian and Gypsy, to encourage, preach, teach, and evangelize. If you've got a heart to encourage other believers and share the Gospel, Richard would love to visit with you about the opportunity to join him.

International Mission Board
The International Mission Board (formerly Foreign Mission Board) is an entity of the Southern Baptist Convention that seeks to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to lead individuals to saving faith in Him and result in church-planting movements among all the peoples of the world. As a Southern Baptist Fellowship, Redeemer supports the IMB's efforts around the globe. Redeemer has both a family and single woman serving in the world through the IMB.
