2027 Poland Mission Trip
Sharing the Gospel through English Camp
For the past few years, Redeemer has been glad to partner with Josiah Venture in sending teams to run English Camps for teens in Gdansk. This serves as a wonderful opportunity to directly share the Gospel with students, so that they can have a personal relationship with Jesus.
This is a great opportunity to share the gospel, teach English (you already know enough to do this!), share your love of Jesus and have a great time with fellow believers in a different part of the world. Different place, same great God!
English Camp
Students in Gdansk are excited about being able to learn English, and in addition to learning, there are all kinds of play activities, music and worship, and opportunities to connect with kids.
Think of this as a youth camp with learning English as the drawing activity but lots of activities, sports, and talks on biblical topics. Different place, same great God!
Less than 1%
Poland is historically a bastion of Roman Catholicism in Eastern Europe and it is very common there to have a religious, impersonal understanding of God. Less than 1% of Polish people identify as Evangelical Christians. Not only that, but over the past few decades Poland has been rapidly secularizing, especially as young people are more likely to turn away from God entirely.
The opportunity to share the Gospel with students in Gdansk is an opportunity to invite them into a personal relationship with Jesus, that they would be a light to their community.
